Although my understanding of haiku is basic at best, &amp;nbsp;I have noticed that haiku has these elements:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;1. It is composed of 17 syllables set in three lines with each line having 5,7,5 syllables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;2. Its themes are of nature and how we react to nature.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;3. It seems to isolate a particular event that happens in the present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia;"&gt;Any reactions? Any additions or corrections?
