In each card there is a haiku. Let's begin this blog with a discussion of the composition of a haiku. Although my understanding of haiku is basic at best, I have noticed that haiku has these elements:
1. It is composed of 17 syllables set in three lines with each line having 5,7,5 syllables.
2. Its themes are of nature and how we react to nature.
3. It seems to isolate a particular event that happens in the present.
